Ways to Support the Body Through Detox

Below are some excellent ways to support your body through detoxing, especially while using the Cellcore Phase 1 or Step 1 Protocols.

Ways to support the body for detox

  • Foot Baths with Epsom Salt

  • Bath Soaks with Epsom Salt and Supporting Essential Oils Lavender, Lemon, Citrus, Rosemary

  • Sauna Sweating is a natural way our bodies remove toxins. Saunas help to encourage and support the body in this process. 2-3x per week for 30-45 minutes.

  • Dry Brushing Dry brushing unclogs pores through exfoliation, increases blood circulation, and promotes lymph flow/drainage. It also stimulates the nervous system, making you feel invigorated. Use a natural stiff-bristled bath/shower brush or even a dry cloth. Start at the feet, move up the legs in long strokes, use circular motions towards the heart on the torso and the back.

  • Celery Juice Start each day with 8oz of fresh celery juice on an empty stomach to support the liver and the body's innate inflammatory response.

  • Castor Oil Apply organic castor oil topically to the skin or with a pack to support liver function and reduce inflammation.

  • Cold Water Therapy Cold plunges, ice baths, or even switching from hot to cold for the last minute of your shower stimulates the lymph system to eliminate toxins and strengthens the immune system.

  • Vibration Plate or Rebounding to help with lymph flow

  • Lymphatic Massage

  • Exercise Regularly

  • Oil Pulling Swish 1 tablespoon of oil, such as coconut oil, in the mouth for 15 minutes - do not swallow it. Spit it out into the trash and rinse your mouth with water, spitting it into the trash as well. Then brush your teeth.

  • Sleep - this is when our body detoxes the most.

  • Last but NOT least - Have a bowel movement EVERYDAY! Utilize Cellcore's Bowel Mover and/or increase magnesium intake daily.
